Choose one of our 10 named designs and customise it — layout, façade, finishes — to suit both your preferences and the block.

We secure the land

Once your design and land are confirmed, we prepare a single fixed contract covering land, plans, permits and construction.

We build your home

Construction begins on the agreed timeline — ~6 months for single storey, ~10 months for double storey — with regular progress updates.
